Position: Accountant / Junior Accountant
Experience Level: Junior, Mid to Senior Level

About Us:
We are a young, dynamic and growing company acting as a branch of a Norwegian accounting firm that is specialised in providing comprehensive accounting, tax, and financial consulting services.

Responsibilities:

Booking of the incoming invoices
Prepare and manage financial records for multiple clients, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, etc.
Deliver timely financial statements and monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for clients.
Assist with tax preparation and filing, and ensure clients comply with all tax regulations.
Provide insightful financial analysis and advice to help clients make informed financial decisions.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for client growth and success.

Qualifications:

Master degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Beeing a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or actively pursuing certification is an advantage
Previous work experience in accounting is an advantage
Experience working with cloud-based accounting software is an advantage
Comfortable with technology and open to learning new accounting software and systems as needed
Advanced PC user with knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Very good command of English and Romanian.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
