We're on the lookout for a Customer Support Specialist with amazing communication skills! You’ll be an essential part of making sure our users are getting the most out of Planable. No stone is left unturned when you’re solving a problem. We’re looking for someone who’s friendly, curious, and has a strong sense of responsibility.

What will you do:
- Support our users and help them solve day-to-day issues
- Gather lots and lots of feedback, ideas, and insights from our users
- Share insights and reports with other relevant stakeholders in the team
- Continue earning our customers’ trust every day

We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in a customer-facing role, preferably in a tech company
- Able to contribute to creating content and messaging for customers
- A pretty darn good English speaker and writer, but also fluent in Romanian
- Very good communicator and an even better listener
- Solver of problems and tamer of crises
- Charismatic and genuinely happy to help
- Kinda geeky about tech stuff and can chat easily with both customers and developers
- Empathetic, sociable, and oh-so-fun to work with
