Guidance:
1.As the Manager of Freight Brokerage Sales, you'll be spearheading the endeavor to bolster sales productivity, throughput, gainfulness, and income for our Partner Ship services.
2.Team Growth: Source, cultivate, and manage a group of in-house sales representatives.
3.Sales Blueprint: Formulate and implement potent sales tactics that aid in enlarging our client base.
4.Coordination: Maintain close interaction with different departments for smooth operation.
Required Skills:
-Past Experience: A minimum of 1-year experience in B2B sales, with a preference for those in the transport or logistics sector.
-Powerful Dedication: You are ambitious, self-driven, and primed to take control. Communication
-Abilities: Excelling at both verbal and written communication. Problem Solving: Swift decision-making and ingenuity are critical.
-Technology Proficient: You are adept at using tech tools for shipment tracking and account management.
Benefits:
-Attractive pay range ($45,000 - $65.000 annually, DOE)
-Full-time job (Monday to Friday)
