Director of a leasing company
Start-up operating activities!

Duties:
- attraction of new clients;
- receiving customer’s applications from a call-center;
- consulting clients in all matters related to conditions of the deal;
- negotiations with potential customers, handling objections;
- analysis of the client (lessee), its activities and financial condition;
- full support of the transaction (primary document flow; drawing up leasing and sale contracts, signing them; drawing up documents for the transfer of the leased asset);
- work with bad debts recovery.

Requirements:
- successful experience in leasing, bank or hard collection is required;
- knowledges about leasing or credits, sales techniques for financial services;
- knowledge of the technical details of concluding car leasing agreements, loans - registration of pledges, registration and removal of vehicles from the register, etc., or a desire to understand this;
- proactivity, ability to work for the result;
- ability to negotiate;
- higher education.

Conditions:
• Income consists of the salary part (discussed individually) and premiums from the company's profits.
