Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated HR Manager to join our team at TBI Credit IFN SA in Moldova. This role is crucial for managing the call center team and ensuring optimal performance through hiring, monitoring, and developing staff.

Responsibilities:

1. Staff Recruitment:
- Manage the recruitment and selection process for all call center positions.
- Prepare and post job advertisements.
- Evaluate applications and organize interviews.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify staffing needs.

2. Staff Monitoring:
- Oversee employee performance and well-being.
- Manage conflicts and ensure a harmonious working environment.
- Conduct regular staff evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures.

3. Organizing Training for the Team:
- Identify training needs and develop training programs.
- Organize and coordinate training and professional development sessions.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and adapt them based on feedback.

Requirements:

- Higher education in human resources, psychology, sociology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a call center environment.
- Solid knowledge of labor legislation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
