MEP Expert in BIM Modeling

NH Tech is expanding and seeking a skilled MEP Expert in BIM Modeling to join our team in Moldova. Our company specializes in the installation and maintenance of fiber optic networks across Europe, focusing on high-quality, accurate MEP design.
Position Overview:
The MEP Expert in BIM Modeling will develop, manage, and refine BIM models for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, ensuring precision in design and project execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, manage, and update MEP BIM models.
Coordinate with project teams to integrate MEP designs seamlessly.
Perform clash detection and resolve issues within the BIM environment.
Ensure MEP designs comply with industry standards.
Prepare reports and documentation for project stakeholders.

Requirements:

Proven experience with MEP modeling in BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks).
Strong understanding of MEP design principles and standards.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in English will be an advantage (written and spoken).
Ability to work on-site at our office in Chisinau.
