Connection Project S.R.L: We are a recruitment and employment agency operating in a few European countries and we assist companies in finding the right workforce. We deal with the recruitment of temporary and permanent workers for positions in various fields of work: hospitality, construction, production, textile industry, transport, etc. Our teams of recruiting agents are experts who specialize in finding the right staff for companies in European countries.
Ideal Candidate
A university degree doesn't guarantee you a successful sales career. There are lots of famous CEOs who did not graduate – think of Bill Gates and Richard Branson!
Our ideal candidate should be goal-oriented and have knowledge of sales and an admin. If you have exceptional organizational skills and draw energy from being part of a multinational team, we would love to hear from you and meet you!
Requirements:
Location: Bucharest / Remote
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to negotiate;
- Attention to detail;
- Prior administrative and/or sales experience;
- Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others;
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular.);
- Ability to multitask, affinity for learning new skills and developing sales strategies
- Driving license (category B) may come handy but is not a requirement.
- Language: Apart from mandatory NATIVE, ENGLISH is a big advantage. Other GERMAN / FRENCH / SPANISH, speakers are most welcome.
We are looking for candidates to assist in our sales and HR duties.
Job Description:
- Work includes dealing with job vacancies;
- Handling of telephone calls and inputting data in our system;
- Arranging and attending video-conferences or meetings in our office with potential clients
- Daily communication with our teams in Asia and Europe (for English-speaking colleagues)
- Taking part in coordinating communication between the clients and our legal/administration team
- As remuneration, we are offering a monthly fixed wage together with a generous commission based on results - you are entitled to two types of bonuses
***The company will also cover all travelling costs (if necessary). Working hours are flexible but are mainly between 9 am to 5 pm. We are a multinational, multicultural company and some of you will feel like visiting different parts of the world on a daily basis as we have offices in Europe, Asia and Africa!
