Customer Support and Ticketing Agent
At Exclusive Business Class , we take pride in offering premium travel experiences for our high end clients. We are currently seeking a detail oriented and customer focused Customer Support and Ticketing Agent to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in both customer service and ticketing processes, with a passion for delivering top quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer support by handling flight reservations, ticketing, and special travel requests for business class passengers;
Manage client inquiries related to flight schedules, seat availability, and ticket pricing, ensuring timely and accurate responses;
Process ticket changes, cancellations, and refunds efficiently, adhering to airline and company policies;
Assist clients with complex travel itineraries and provide alternative solutions in case of delays or disruptions;
Work with GDS systems to issue and reissue tickets, ensuring accuracy in bookings and seat assignments;
Address and resolve customer complaints in a calm, professional manner, escalating issues to supervisors when necessary;
Stay informed of airline regulations, ticketing rules, and industry trends to provide clients with the most up to date information;
Maintain strong, long term relationships with clients through ongoing support and follow up services.
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+ level or higher);
Experience in ticketing and customer support, ideally within the travel industry;
Proficiency in using GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or similar) for booking and ticketing (required);
Problem solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced environment;
A client first mindset with strong attention to detail;
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to meet customer demands.
