Manual qa engineer (remote)

KeborMed is US corporation, providing connectivity services to healthcare device manufacturers. The company is based in Cleveland, OH, but our development team is located in Europe (Romania, Moldova and Portugal). The KeborMed team is growing and we are looking for passionate people who like to get stuff done, who can always focus on the big picture, and are ready to keep learning and improving, no matter how long they've been in the business.


Main duties and responsibilities:
• Review and analyze system specifications
• Collaborate with QA Engineers and QA Automation Solution • • Architect to develop effective strategies and test plans
• Develop and execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
• Evaluate product code according to specifications
• Create logs to document testing phases and defects
• Report bugs and errors to development teams
• Help troubleshoot issues
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle


Requirements and skills:
• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
• Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. qTest, Zephyr) and SQL
• Attention to detail
• Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
• Strong organizational skills


Education and/or work experience requirements:
• Bachelor’s Computer Science, other technical studies (or equivalent experience)
• At least 1+ years of experience QA testing
• Working experience within an Agile environment
• Strong analytical, consultative, and communication skills
