Type of work: remote only (a modern PC, high-speed Internet connection, headset, webcam and a separate space for organizing the workplace are a must)

Position: Sales Agent, Call Center Operator (USA)

Employment: full-time only (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week), Monday-Friday 15:15—00:00. (We work on PST time, so the work schedule will change by one hour when switching to winter and summer time.) We do NOT offer part-time employment.

Salary: percentage of successful deals + bonuses for 5* customer reviews + other privileges (at least $700/month). On average, good sales result in an income of $1,500−2,000. Top employees earn more than 4000USD/month. Payment in USD without conversions.

What we want:

fluency in English (from Upper-Intermediate and Advanced and above; not lower than B2, C1)
readiness for telephone sales
the ability to make successful calls to potential customers and conclude agreements over the phone (no cold calls)
the ability to work in multitasking mode and quickly react and navigate in a changing environment
experience in the field of sales and call center will be your advantage
Your duties:

processing of incoming leads
communication (telephone calls; IP telephony) with customers and carriers, selling transport services to customers and finding a carrier for each (US Market only)
planning, approval and tracking of loading and unloading terms; provision of estimated delivery time, quotas and other fees.
cargo control in transit — GPS-tracking and phone calls
respond promptly, courteously and professionally to customer inquiries by phone and email.
